Not to denigrate your take, as you are entitled to it, but I can't agree with your premise or conclusion. If, after The Wedge, the band had chosen a cool-down song or two followed by a series of "closer" songs, a.k.a. 2010, then I may have given your view credence, but for the band to fill the mid-set transition with the Tweezer> Sandjam (by all accounts an epic highlight), which carried well into the 4th quarter, well, all I can say is that if this represents the work of "tired" musicians, then let's raise a glass to sleepless nights.

Just a short 24 months ago this show would have been lauded as a watermark. We're getting spoiled.
