Welcome to the 427th edition of Phish.Net's Mystery Jam Monday, the fourth and hardest of July. The winner will receive an MP3 download code courtesy of our friends at LivePhish.com / Nugs.Net. To win, be the first person to identify the song and date of the four mystery clips. Each person gets one guess to start – if no one answers correctly in the first 24 hours, I'll post a hint. After the hint, everyone gets one more guess before Wednesday at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. Good luck!
Hint: You don't need to guess
Answer: A rare win for the blog on the back of a four-clipper. @CadillacRainb0ws came AWFULLY close with 3 of 4 correct jams, but missed the fourth jam to bring home the win. This week's theme of jams from shows containing a Thunderhead consisted of four goop monsters in the form of the 7/23/03 Run Like an Antelope, its brother in the 1/2/03 Run Like an Antelope, the Down with Disease-like peak from the 2/25/03 Pebbles and Marbles, and rounding out with the 2/18/03 Walls of the Cave. While the blog collects merely its 27th win, next week offers the promise of two download codes to a single-clipper. Stay tuned for a fresh batch of jams in August, everyone - and enjoy the rest of July!
